Stop building guard schedules by hand.
A system that fills shifts, covers call-offs, checks clock-ins and writes the reports, so your week runs without you.
What does a guard scheduling app from Offload do?
Offload builds custom scheduling software for security companies in Ontario. Guards set their availability on their phone. The app gives each shift to the closest available guard, texts them the details, checks their location when they clock in and adds up everyone's hours for payroll. It is built around how your company already runs, and it can come with a website, Google listing and business email.
What it does. Nothing more.
Availability from the guard's phone
Guards mark when they can work. No more group texts and phone tag.
The closest guard, assigned for you
Each shift goes to the nearest available guard. You check it and you are done.
Clock-in with a location check
Guards can only clock in at the site. If someone is late or in the wrong place, you hear about it right away.
Hours ready for payroll
Clock-ins add up on their own. Send the week to your bookkeeper in one tap.

Questions owners ask us.
Something else on your mind? Tap Ask a question at the bottom of the screen.
Can guards use it on any phone?
Yes. It runs in the web browser on any iPhone or Android phone. Nothing has to be installed from an app store unless you want that.
Does it track guards all the time?
Not unless you want it to. We usually check location only at clock-in and clock-out. Ontario employers with 25 or more employees need a written electronic monitoring policy, and we set the app up to match yours.
Can it work with our payroll?
Yes. Hours can go to your bookkeeper as a spreadsheet, or in the format your payroll service already uses.
We already use scheduling software. Should we switch?
Maybe not. In the free audit we look at what works and what does not. Sometimes the best answer is fixing what you have, and we will tell you if so.
How much does it cost?
Projects start at $1,000 CAD, one time. You get your exact price after the free audit, in writing. A small monthly fee covers hosting, fixes and support.
